The Forum is linked to the IX-th National Scientific Conference on Electron Technology ELTE’07, http://www.elte2007.agh.edu.pl/ for enabling conference participants to attend this strategy and policy event as well as start and prolong direct contacts with researchers of similar or complementary research interests representing successful 7FP projects in order to co-operate in future 7FP ICT calls.
The first Forum first session will be devoted to the strategic issues of innovation policy. The European strategic innovative policy is essential to pursue Lisbon Agenda objectives. The presentations given by EU representatives and Polish Ministry of Science will explain the objectives and will give details on procedures created for supporting innovative cooperation
During second session the scheduled meetings between MINOS-EURONET and NEXUS/ EURIPIDES initiatives are planned in order to deepen their contacts as well as to discuss and plan joint efforts enhancing innovative MNST cooperation particularly focused for NMS. In parallel the Forum and Conference participants will use the opportunities for face to face contacts with the coordinators of existing EU-funded projects and discuss potential partnering and possible offers of cooperation or expressions of interest for future collaboration.
The third session will be devoted to the local solutions for coordination of R&D activities.
The fourth session of the Forum will be devoted to the cooperation. The experiences of conducting projects based on intensive wide-European R&D cooperation as well as examples of deliverables exploitation will be given by several EU Networks of Excellence and Integrated Projects coordinators. Existing European Technology Platforms will be then presented to express the industrial expectations and market-focused point of view of potential recipients of research efforts..
